This SOX module is defined as a catalog and includes all standard Reliability standard works. (SN 29500, IEC 62380, Mil. Std., etc.) Import your bills of materials (BOM) and create your FIT or ppm values based on the relevant standard. The Change Manager shows where changes occur between the pattern stands to use in the FTA or FMEDA and allows you to synchronize individual analysis data.
