1. Open the New TARA file dialog
2. Enter a Filename
3. Select a Norm
4. Select a Profile

1. Click on the + icon to create a Rating
2. Repeat the procedure to fill the TARA with more Ratings

1. Double click in the Threat cell
2. Fill in the name of the Threat
3. Press Ctrl + Enter keys to open the „Threat creating“ dialog
4. Select an Asset
5. Select a Threat Category

1. Double click in the Asset cell
2. Fill in the name of the Asset
3. Press Ctrl + Enter keys to open the „Asset definition“ dialog
4. Select a second Stereotype (if necessary)

1. Double click in the Impact Level parameters to select a value to calculate the Impact Level
2. Double click in the Attack Feasibility Level parameters to select a value to calculate the Attack Feasibility Level
3. The Security Level will calculate automatically after every parameter of the Impact and Attack Feasibility Level assigned to a value.

1. Double click in the Security Goal cell
2. Fill in the name of the Security Goal
3. Press Enter to open the „Security Goal definition“ dialog
4. Insert a Secure State

1. Right click in the Security Goal View
2. Open the New Security Goal dialog
3. Fill in the name of the Security Goal
4. Fill in the Secure State
5. Choose a Norm
6. Choose a Security Level

1. Select „Select choice lists“ in the Hazard column.
2. Create a choice list.
3. Enter some entries.

1. Open the choice list.
2. Hit the export to Excel button.
3. Select a directory on your system.

1. Select the Export button
2. Enter a filename and a directory
3. The Excel file opens automatically

Precondition: TARA document was created.

1. Right click a Threat.
2. Select Create ATA for Threat.

1. Select the cells to be copied.
2. Press Ctrl + C (Copy).
3. Select the cell in which the copied content should be pasted.
4. Press Ctrl + V (Paste).

1. Select the rating.
2. Click the Remove selected ratings button.
